测血糖时为何不能挤压手指？

空腹血糖小于7，不代表没糖尿病一般的健康体检，大都只测空腹血糖。很多人于是想当然地认为，空腹血糖小于7，就表明没有糖尿病。而事实上，临床上的一些糖尿病患者，空腹血糖常在正常区间，餐后血糖却高得惊人。这是为什么呢？
糖尿病发展到一定程度，胰岛的功能会大大降低。此时，空腹血糖已经受损，测量这项数据的意义已经不大。相反，餐后血糖的重要性就体现出来了。对于空腹血糖正常、餐后血糖偏高的人群来说，如果不及时采取治疗，就意味着每天至少有一半的时间都处于高血糖的危害中，一经发现，往往已出现并发症。
此外，还有一项数据同样重要--糖化血红蛋白，它代表的是血糖和血红蛋白结合的水平，越高越危险。由于这项数据的变化需要3个月左右的反应时间，因此常被用来监测血糖控制的情况，对康复期患者具有很重要的意义。这三项数据合并成血糖检测的"金三角"，单看任何一项都是不够全面的。
测血糖时挤压手指，可致结果失准随着家用血糖仪的普及，很多糖尿病患者都养成了勤测血糖的好习惯。然而，测得勤，不一定就测得准。"有的老人来医院，一测血糖就直叫唤'我家里测没有那么高啊！是不是机器不准啊？'一聊细节才发现，不是家里的仪器不好，而是没用对。举个例子，很多人在测血糖时都有挤压手指的习惯。看似没什么。但挤压手指，使血量充分的同时，也带出了组织液。这样一来，血液被稀释，测出来的血糖值自然也就低了。"庄祥康告诉记者，如果发现出血量不够，可在扎针后，轻轻推压手指两侧血管至前端的三分之一处，让血液慢慢溢出。
